I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, surrounded by beautiful gardens and a tranquil atmosphere. The service here was exceptional, with attentive staff that made me feel like a valued guest. The room amenities were top-notch, with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a cozy terrace where I could enjoy my morning coffee. The housekeeping service was spot-on, ensuring that my room was always clean and well-maintained. Additionally, the hotel provided complimentary toiletries and an electric kettle for convenience.

The location was convenient and close to some tourist attractions. the staff were friendly and helpful. that's unfortunately where the positives ended.

The food was of poor quality and not worth the price. Breakfast was a set menu with limited options and not kid-friendly, with no chairs for children in the restaurant.

The area surrounding the hotel has some nice natural landscapes to explore, but unfortunately, it seems that all of the flower galleries have disappeared. the rooms are spacious, and some of them boast a lovely view of the nearby scenery. despite being decently appointed, hygiene can be an issue with dirty floors under the beds.

Regrettably, service and cleanliness at this hotel leave much to be desired.
